Starting this December, the Rutgers Small Business Development Center in Camden is offering meetings with business advisors—for free—to entrepreneurs and business owners who are writing a business plan, or needing information on financing, marketing and more. This confidential, complimentary service is available at the Mullica Hill Library by appointment only.
